Qualifying non-apparel items may be returned for refund up to 30 days after date of shipment with the exceptions noted below. A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Returns will not be processed without a completed form. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would like to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form. Satisfaction guaranteed. We will gladly refund or exchange any apparel item returned to us within 30 days of shipment or 2 days after delivery for certain items as noted below. The item must be returned to us in a NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION with all tags and labels attached and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price. All evening gowns, cocktail dresses and lined swimsuits must be returned within 48 hours of the delivery date and time as tracked by our carrier. Any item of apparel returned after this time will not be refunded and will be returned to you only with an additional shipping fee. We will not refund or exchange an item that, in our sole discretion, we judge to have been worn or abused. We do not refund or exchange clearance items for any reason. We do not refund or exchange intimate apparel or devices - including but not limited to bras, panties, lingerie - or jewelry for any reason. Sex toys and sexual devices are not refunded, exchanged or replaced for any reason. Most sexual devices are covered the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement instructions. No refunds for Shipping and Handling charges. By sending your return you hereby agree to these Refund and Exchange Terms.
We do not refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier unless those items are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. We replace items other than sexual devices and sex toys that arrive damaged. We do not refund damaged items.If an article of clothing arrives damaged please send a photo of the item detailing the damage. We do not refund or replace items which are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
